- The European Air Quality Index is good at 0–20, fair at 20–40, moderate at 40–60, poor at 60–80, very poor at 80–100 and extremely poor above 100. It is based on the worst of PM2.5, PM10, nitrogen dioxide, ozone and sulphur dioxide.
