Bridge Cams

Bridges are both vital transport links and some of the most photogenic landmarks a city has. This category brings together live views of structures such as the Brooklyn Bridge in New York, the Bay Bridge in San Francisco, London Bridge over the Thames and the Togetsukyō Bridge in Kyoto's Arashiyama district. Cameras overlooking the Bosphorus in Istanbul and the border bridges between the United States and Mexico are included as well.

People use these cams to check traffic on a crossing, to enjoy a view over a river or strait, or to watch a skyline change as the lights come on in the evening. The images come from transport agencies, municipalities and local sources, so there may be interruptions at night or during maintenance. If you plan to drive or walk across, look at the live weather on the camera page too, since wind and fog matter on exposed spans.
