Old Faithful is the most famous geyser in Yellowstone, the first national park in the United States, and lies in the Upper Geyser Basin, home to one of the world's greatest concentrations of geysers. It is named for its regular, predictable eruptions, sending a column of hot water and steam skyward roughly every 90 minutes on average.

This live stream, featured on the U.S. National Park Service's Yellowstone webcam page, shows the geyser, the viewing area around it and steam rising across the basin. An eruption is of course the highlight. In winter, cold air makes the steam clouds far more dramatic, while in summer visitors gather around the boardwalks.
