Etosha National Park in northern Namibia surrounds the vast salt pan from which it takes its name and is one of Africa's most important wildlife areas. Okaukuejo is one of the park's best-known rest camps, and the waterhole right beside it is considered one of the most famous places to see animals up close.

This NamibiaCam stream shows elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes and rhinos coming to drink, with occasional visits from lions. In the dry season, when animals concentrate around water sources, the scene is at its liveliest. The waterhole is floodlit at night, offering the chance to watch animals arriving in the dark.
