Emirgan is an elegant neighbourhood on the European shore of the Bosphorus, in Istanbul's Sarıyer district. Emirgan Park, one of the city's largest and best-loved green spaces, is famous for its historic pavilions and for the colourful flower beds that bloom during the tulip events held every April.
This Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality camera shows the Emirgan waterfront and the Bosphorus, with people strolling along the shore, activity at the tea gardens and ships passing through the strait.
